Fitness Program Director

The Houstonian Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging and challenging fitness classes for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver creative and effective group exercise programs that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
- Develop a unique teaching style and class format that sets us apart from other fitness programs
- Build strong relationships with regular class attendees and provide exceptional customer service
- Be available to teach a variety of classes, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with scheduling
- Substitute for other instructors as needed to ensure seamless program delivery
Requirements:
- Current certification from a reputable organization, such as AFAA, ACE, NSCA, NASM, Pilates Certification, or Yoga Certification
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- 3-5 years of experience teaching group exercise classes
Applicants will be invited to a seasonal audition and may be selected for company interviews upon successful audition completion.
