Research Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Kansas City, Missouri, seeks an ambitious Clinical Nurse Coordinator Tele RN to join our team. As a CNC Tele RN, you will be responsible for direction and coordination of all functions in the unit on your designated shifts. You will collaborate with other members of the management team to assess the quality of patient care services provided in the unit and make decisions regarding activities based on administrative operational standards, nursing administrative standards, human resource standards, and standards of care for the unit.

The ideal candidate will have two years of clinical practice in cardiac care and leadership/management experience. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, and current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice or an active compact license is required. BLS and NRP certification are mandatory, and ACLS is preferred.
