We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a per diem outpatient therapist, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients under the direction of our rehabilitation team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum and certification in occupational therapy. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction and establish treatment goals.
- Implement treatment plans through direct patient care and may delegate tasks to supportive personnel as needed.
- C coordinate treatment with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Prioritize self-care and maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient management.
- Current CA Occupational Therapy License or eligibility letter required.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association is necessary at hire.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to cover various shifts.
- Outpatient experience in post-surgical and splinting preferred.
- HTC, CHT, and PAMS certifications are highly valued.
Kaiser Permanente offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
