Job Title: Production Architect - Data Center Facilities Design

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Architect to join our team at Pkaza LLC, a leading MEP Engineering Design firm in the data center space. As a Production Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing data center facilities, working closely with our MEP design engineering team and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data center design plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress technical design drawing packages and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Lead the architectural layout of data center facilities, including power, cooling, ventilation, redundancy, and security.
  • Provide construction administration services, including tracking RFI and Submittal responses for multiple disciplines.
  • Review Submittals for conformance with drawings and specifications.
  • Produce meeting minutes and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Registered Architect (RA) or on the path of becoming one.
  • Two to Five or more years of experience as a Project Architect, preferably in Critical Facilities/Data Center projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Design.
  • Proficient in REVIT and advanced Revit skills a huge plus.
  • 3D/BIM modeling and CAD computer modeling and rendering software a plus.
  • Ability to visit client facilities throughout DFW and travel occasionally to support project tasks.
