We are seeking a highly skilled RN Nurse Manager to lead our Infection Prevention Program at Ascension St. John. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the program, including planning, development, and implementation of operational objectives, goals, and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Develop and implement the overall operational objectives, goals, and processes for the Infection Prevention Program.
- Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure compliance with infection prevention policies and procedures to meet all accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Staff Management: Manage recruitment, interview, selection, retention, staff development, and performance management processes for the staff of assigned departments.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage department operating and capital budgets and achieve financial goals.
- Certification: Certification specializing in Infection Control credentialed from the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (CBIC) obtained within 36 Months (3 years) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
