About the Role

TA Services is seeking a skilled Truckload Pricing Analyst to support the company's pricing activities, including new and current business analysis, maintenance of pricing agreements and contracts, and uploading data into rating systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to analyze information and identify trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales and senior leadership to execute formal requests for pricing (RFP)
  • Provide pricing analysis for full truckload, including dry, flatbed, and refrigerated
  • Interact with clients in RFP presentations for technical support and Q&A
  • Upload and maintain rate agreements in TMS
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in non-asset brokerage operations or truckload pricing
  • Experience in a 3PL environment preferred
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems

Essential Skills

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Self-starter, team player with ability to prioritize and balance information while completing multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, build consensus, and work through others in achieving goals and objectives
