The Sales and Front Desk Associate is a key role at Scenthound, focused on selling memberships while providing exceptional service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Membership Sales: Utilize health and wellness education to drive membership sales and increase revenue.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators: Achieve average ticket price and rebook ratio targets through memberships, services, add-ons, and retail sales.
  • Develop Membership Leads: Identify and follow up with potential members to increase sales and revenue.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Manage Cash Drawer: Responsible for daily cash handling and maintaining a clean and organized cash drawer.
  • Adhere to Scenthound Standards: Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, adhering to Scenthound's sanitary and cleaning practices.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: Confident in selling services and products, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Customer Service Experience: Ability to connect with customers and provide outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone.
  • Computer and Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using technology to manage customer profiles, schedules, and sales data.
  • Passion for Dogs and Dog Health and Wellness: A genuine passion for dogs and a desire to educate customers on the importance of dog health and wellness.
  • Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to and from work, as well as to and from customer appointments.
