We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Registered Nurse to lead our Cardiac Telemetry unit at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a telemetry unit lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to ensure excellent patient care and adherence to hospital policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

The estimated salary for this role is $48.32 - $66.65 per hour, based on the location and job requirements. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
