Job Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans that align with corporate strategies and objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leading a cross-functional team
  • Masters: BusinessProject Management - Management Professional Certification (Project Management Institute)
