As a Realty Project Coach, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute project plans that align with corporate strategies and objectives
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Leading a cross-functional team
- Masters: BusinessProject Management - Management Professional Certification (Project Management Institute)
