Bar Attendant

Bristow Manor Golf Club, a prestigious golf club in Northern Virginia, is seeking a skilled bartender to join their team. As a key member of the hospitality staff, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Assess customer needs and preferences, and make suggestions accordingly
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong knowledge of mixology and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required
