- Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner, providing emergency care and instructions as needed.
- Education and Licensure: Current registration as a Registered Nurse from the State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated leadership ability, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition.
- Technical and Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records, with a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions: Must be in good physical and mental health, with the ability to lift and move residents and equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of resident acuity.
