Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in production-ready and safe condition.
  • Resolving requests from the manufacturing floor, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
  • Maintaining a 5S environment in the work area and administering the equipment preventative maintenance program.
  • Participating in cross-functional process improvement teams and daily team production meetings.
  • Following work instructions and performing root cause analysis to determine the best course of action.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical principles, electro-mechanical techniques, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and robotics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to read blueprints and schematics, as well as basic and advanced hand tools.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
