About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school district near Berkeley, CA. As a Lead Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in grades K-12.

We are seeking an experienced SLP with a proven track record of delivering results-driven therapy sessions. Your expertise in assessing and addressing communication disorders will make a significant impact on the lives of our students.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into the classroom environment.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • A valid Speech Language Pathologist License in the state of California.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
