Position Overview:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at BridgePoint+ Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential nursing care under supervision. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide basic nursing care to patients, adhering to established protocols.
2. Assist residents with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.
3. Exhibit exceptional customer service skills while interacting with patients and their families.
4. Actively engage in the care planning process, advocating for residents' needs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant training program.
- DC CNA certification is mandatory.
- CPR/BLS certification is required.

Experience:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a CNA in a sub-acute care environment is preferred.
