About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Road Ranger. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Missouri Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Operate and maintain our point-of-sale systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Safeguard cash and inventory, maintaining a secure and organized work environment.
  • Stock merchandise and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our locations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
