Dietary Assistant

At Llano Nursing & Rehabilitation, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in all food functions, including serving food, setting up and removing food trays, and performing dishwashing/cleaning procedures.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and families.
• Working collaboratively with other employees to ensure seamless food service operations.
• Maintaining a clean and safe food service environment.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in a related field.
• Hold a valid Food Handler's certification or be willing to obtain one through facility coordination.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Be able to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
• Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
