CRNA Job Opportunity in New Mexico

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This is a locum tenens opportunity that offers a unique chance to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience.

Job Details
  • Clinical Role: As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing anesthesia care to patients in a variety of settings, including the operating room, recovery room, and pain management clinic.
  • Shift and Call Schedule: The shift schedule is 7a-5p, with call hours from 5p-7a. You will be required to work every 8th night, with the option to cover weekend call when the 8th night falls on a Friday.
  • Practice Setting: This is an all-CRNA practice, with a variety of cases including endoscopy, obstetrics, gynecology, vascular, pediatrics, general surgery, orthopedics, oral surgery, and ear, nose, and throat (ENT) surgery.
  • Required Skills: You must be proficient in spinal, block, and epidural anesthesia, as well as EMR software, specifically Medaxion.
  • Credentials: A current CRNA license and CSR and DEA certification are required.
