Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy, Pharm. D is preferred
  • Completion of ASHP accredited residency is preferred
  • BPS certification is preferred
  • Healthcare CPR
  • Current Licensed Pharmacist by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Two (2) years healthcare experience is preferred
About the Job:

Reports to Assistant Director of Pharmacy. Provides clinical pharmacy services, including therapeutic monitoring, drug regimen, patient education, and medical staff interaction. Performs order entry of prescriber's orders. Conducts drug utilization review studies. Consults with medical practitioners on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Prepares IV medication.
