Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Provider to deliver high-quality primary care to homebound patients in the Lawton/Duncan region. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive medical services under the supervision of a physician and develop strong relationships with patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health through physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic testing
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary
- Foster trust and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
- Order diagnostic tests and interventions as medically required
Requirements:
- Board certification in Oklahoma for NP or PA
- Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and treat patients accurately
- Positive demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve confidently
- 1-2 years of primary care experience, preferably with geriatric patients

Compensation Package:
- This is a Pay-Per-Visit role with an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000 based on 20-30 visits per week
