About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Expert to join our team at Bath Fitter. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor installers on basic plumbing practices and provide guidance to resolve problems or issues.
  • Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure compliance with company safety policies.
  • Approve plumbing scope of work following established Bath Fitter procedures.
  • Obtain necessary permits for work performed by the company.
  • Assist with inventory management and perform tasks while adhering to established safety protocols.
Requirements
  • State License of North Carolina (Required)
  • Certified Plumber Contractor (Required)
  • English language proficiency
