Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational systems.
  • Collaborate with developmental and operational teams to develop and maintain detailed schedules.
  • Utilize automated tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or program-mandated software to manage schedules.
  • Develop and modify project schedules and integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
  • Maintain the overall Master Program/Project Schedule.
  • Link or integrate with other efforts at higher levels, including investment portfolios.

Capabilities:

  • Maintain the schedule product build, staging, testing, deployment, and integration.
  • Define and implement schedule configuration management processes and procedures.
  • Develop schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Six (6) years of experience as a Scheduler in programs and contracts with similar requirements is required.
  • Certification from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is required.
