Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Travel Nurses, Inc. in Charleston, SC. Job Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in the state of South Carolina.
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in new environments.
