  • Implement strategic plan and standards of care and practice in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop, coordinate, and integrate inter-disciplinary programs to improve organizational performance and staff competence
  • Provide leadership and staff development to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care across the continuum
  • Collaborate with Medical Staff and Senior Management to deliver exceptional patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Minimum 2 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty or equivalent
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
  • Strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
  • Exceptional focus on teamwork and dedication to ongoing education

  • MSN
  • Supervisory or charge nurse experience
Licenses and Certifications
  • NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
  • AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
  • National Certification acceptable to the Magnet Recognition Program and appropriate to your current specialty
