Senior Helpers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Care Professional to provide exceptional care to our clients in the Northern VA area and Loudoun County.

Responsibilities:

* Provide personalized care to clients, following their Assessment's and Care Plan's to ensure their daily routines are completed
* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and transferring clients within their home or facility
* Transport and accompany clients to and/or from appointments
* Update clients, their families, and office staff on client's condition through direct communication
* Observe and report any noticeable changes in a client's mood, health, or behavior

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of home healthcare experience
* Active CNA license/certification
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to pass a background check
* Fluency in English
* Willingness to travel to cities within the Northern VA area and Loudoun County
