Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Ridge Pinehurst. As a Caregiver, you will provide resident-centered personal care, including assistance with daily living activities, social support, and documentation of resident care and behavior.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment
  • Deliver a positive dining experience and assist residents with meals, snacks, and supplements
  • Document resident care and behavior
  • Handle and dispose of linens, soiled clothing, or supplies properly
Qualifications
  • Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents, and ability to work in a team environment
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
