Position Overview

Direct Counsel, LLC is in search of a proficient and detail-oriented Senior Litigation Paralegal. In this role, you will provide essential support to attorneys throughout various phases of the litigation process. We are seeking an individual with strong organizational capabilities and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with the preparation and management of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Oversee document production and e-discovery processes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and summarize case-related information effectively.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of legal procedures and court regulations.
  • Utilize legal research tools and case management software proficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while also being capable of working independently.
  • Possess a solid understanding of personal injury law.
  • Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, specifically in Personal Injury.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
