Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team in Wilmington, NC.
Job Summary:We are looking for a Physical Therapist with a passion for providing cutting-edge services to patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with FYZICAL, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to deliver personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive new-patient evaluations and exams to diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations.
- Create personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and completion dates.
- Equip patients with physical therapy intervention techniques and exercises, tracking progress and measuring effectiveness.
- Provide education to patients on techniques for continued care and self-management.
- Examine and evaluate new patients, establishing a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity.
- Establish a plan goal and time frame, prescribing intervention techniques and exercises as needed.
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness, educating patients on continuing care.
- Accredited Physical Therapy program graduate.
- Current state Physical Therapy license.
- Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans.
- 1+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and current Physical Therapy license in NC.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population.
