  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain advanced product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating produce products.
  • Store Operations: Participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop new associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with email and Microsoft Office.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and work in a wet and cold environment.
