Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Employee Benefits Representative to join our dynamic team at Criterion Executive Search. This role involves assisting with data-entry duties, servicing employee benefits, and supporting producers and account managers in new and renewal business.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and carrier files, manage correspondence, and ensure documentation is current in the system.
  • Enter prospect information into systems and maintain portals efficiently.
  • Assist in marketing new business opportunities, resolve claims issues, process enrollment forms, and provide exceptional client support.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Show willingness to obtain a Life and Health (L&H) license.
  • Display a career-oriented mindset, focused on working in Employee Benefits.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including generous health benefits and paid time off.
