Paving Team Member Job Description

This role involves working closely with our team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of various paving projects.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare worksites by removing debris and marking boundaries.
  • Measure and mark surfaces for asphalt or material placement.
  • Apply crack sealing material, asphalt, and other materials to project surfaces.
  • Operate various equipment such as jackhammers, pavers, seal coating machines, crack kettles, etc.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
  • FOLLOW SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND PARTICIPATE IN SAFETY MEETINGS.
Requirements and Compensation
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Estimated salary: $50,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
