About the Role

This full-time position is based in Louisa, KY. You will be required to have a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. A reliable vehicle is essential for transporting clients to medical appointments or outings.

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $14.50. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) with a 3% company match, paid time off, holiday pay, and a stable job at a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and provide support for those with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
  • Perform all duties of the caregiver role, including cooking meals, administering medications, and housekeeping.
  • Provide personal care such as assistance with eating, dressing, brushing teeth, shaving, bathing, toileting, or wiping.

You will work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. We offer training and development opportunities to help you excel in your role.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Held a full and valid Driver's License for at least 12 months.
  • Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
