About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending products and solutions that meet customers' needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors to our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by bringing together your passion for people and technology to serve our customers
  • Recommend products and solutions that meet customers' needs
  • Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Apply the appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
  • Ensure your department is clean and well-stocked
