About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our part-time team at At Home Therapies. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a home care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
  • Provide ongoing treatment and support to patients, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
