Key Responsibilities
  • Personalized Beauty Consultations: Provide tailored beauty advice and product recommendations to clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Beauty Services: Offer customized beauty services, including makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing services, while maintaining the highest standards of health and hygiene.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and brand launches, and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
  • Client Service: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, handling bookings and rebooking of beauty services with ease.
  • Sales and Promotions: Participate in sales events and promotions, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
  • A valid license to perform paid services as required by the state.
  • Knowledge of trending beauty products and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance, with flexibility to work during peak retail hours.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
