### Job Title: Community Center Program Aide

### Job Summary

The Salvation Army Central Territory is seeking a Community Center Program Aide to assist in implementing, conducting, and supervising community programs for adults and children. The ideal candidate will have experience participating in and leading sports programs, and a strong ability to build relationships with parents and children.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Community Center Ministries Director in implementing, conducting, and supervising community programs, including sports leagues, birthday parties, and special events.
* Build relationships with parents and children participating in programs.
* Oversee building rentals and maintain order in the Community Center.
* Enforce rules relating to conduct and use of equipment and facilities.
* May be responsible for opening and closing the Community Center at times.
* Help protect equipment and supplies, including vending machines, sports equipment, and furniture.
* Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the Community Center and other facilities.

### Requirements

* Some high school education.
* Experience participating in and leading sports programs.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
