The National/Alamo division of Enterprise Mobility is thrilled to announce an opening for a Vehicle Return Specialist. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service throughout the rental car experience as it pertains to this position.

Compensation:
This role offers a starting pay of $15/hour along with potential monthly bonuses.

Location:
This position is based at CVG Airport in Hebron, Kentucky.

Work Schedule:
- Saturday to Wednesday: 4am - 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
We are actively recruiting for immediate openings.

Responsibilities include:
- Welcome all customers with the appropriate dialogue upon their arrival.
- Remind customers to check for personal items and document any found belongings with the vehicle's unit number, date, and time for lost and found purposes.
- Discuss rental charges and provide customers with accurate receipts.
- Offer professional and courteous information regarding transportation to the airport terminal.
- Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue.
- Solicit feedback on service and document any dissatisfaction.
- Conduct discreet inspections of incoming vehicles for damage and guide customers to the counter for damage/loss report completion.
- Use proper statements to confirm if vehicles are returned with a full tank of gas.
- Complete service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.


- Identify vehicles on system hold for various reasons and ensure their proper movement to designated lot locations.


- Tag vehicles flagged for maintenance and verify their movement to the appropriate lot location.

- Maintain an organized lot for efficient access and traffic flow.
- Strive for continuous improvement in job performance through self-assessment, skill enhancement, training, and goal setting.
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience is necessary.
- A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years is required.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).


- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Availability to work the specified shifts is essential.
