Carhop or Skating Carhop

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Carhop or Skating Carhop to join our team at SONIC Drive-In. As a Carhop, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest, while maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards.

• Deliver a SuperSONIC experience to every guest by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely food delivery.
• Be a menu genius and help SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations.
• Be empowered to resolve customer concerns and guarantee every guest leaves satisfied.
• Maintain SONIC safety and sanitation standards.

• Contagiously positive attitude and ability to remain calm in tough situations.
• Resilient spirit and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Team mentality and willingness to help where needed.
• Effective communication skills and basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Successfully completed assigned SONIC Skating Training Program.
• Roller skate proficiently and frequently on various surfaces when delivering food.
• Ability to continuously stand, balance, and carry a tray, and sweep while roller skating.
