We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutoring Expert to join our team at Tutor Doctor Chandler-Gilbert-Phoenix. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Tutoring Services: Provide personalized and engaging tutoring sessions to students in the comfort of their own homes.
- Develop Strong Relationships: Build trust and rapport with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Curriculum: Maintain knowledge of current educational standards and curriculum requirements to deliver effective and relevant tutoring services.
- Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues to understand individual needs and goals, and to provide regular progress updates.
- Education and Experience: Currently enrolled in college or have a college degree, with teaching or tutoring experience.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess a reliable vehicle to travel to students' homes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for Education: A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
- Competitive Pay: Earn between $18 - $27 per hour, based on your experience and the specific needs of each student.
