About the Role

Charles River is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our Insourcing Solutions team in Alamogordo, NM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs and installations.
  • Conduct scheduled inspections and repairs on all facilities systems.
  • Participate in snow removal and ice remediation activities as needed.
  • Assist in moving office contents and maintaining accurate records of maintenance repairs and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four to five years of experience in general building maintenance with mechanical and construction background.
  • Journeyman knowledge of construction and a good working knowledge of building trades.
