About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Community Ambassador to join our team at Sagora Senior Living Inc. in Daphne, AL.

As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors.

The estimated salary for this role is $12-$15 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive first impression of our community.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area to maintain a professional image.
  • Direct calls, take messages, and respond to emergency boards as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months of related experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
