Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment, where you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures, analyzing results, and providing accurate diagnoses to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood banking, urinalysis, and microbiology
- Analyze results and provide accurate diagnoses to healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate test results
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide patient-centered care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist program
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience required
- Advanced knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation
- Ability to effectively relate and communicate with internal and external customers
