- Establish clear communication channels with team members, including management and department heads.
- Complete work orders efficiently and address maintenance issues promptly.
- 2-4 years of relevant maintenance experience is required.
- Proficient in computer software, particularly facilities management applications.
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is mandatory.
