Clements Fluids is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve predetermined goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding opportunities to securing deals
  • Unearth new sales opportunities to develop territory and turn them into long-term relationships
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty within the territory
  • Remain in regular contact with customers to understand and meet their needs

Requirements:

  • Oil and gas sales experience (drilling, completions, workovers)
  • Track record of past successes and a high-achiever mindset
  • Ability to fit in quickly and easily in new environments
  • Excellence in time management and efficiency
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Coachability and humility
  • Exceptional work ethic and drive
