Housekeeping Inspector

We're looking for a qualified and motivated Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, directing, and assisting housekeeping tasks assigned to room attendants and housepersons to maintain Snow King Resort's high standards of cleanliness.

• Visually inspect guest rooms and corridors for cleanliness and appearance, and prepare work orders for necessary tasks.
• Train and monitor the performance of room attendants and housepersons, providing organization, instruction, guidance, and communication to ensure high-quality results.
• Take requested inventories of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and supplies, and ensure that carts and linen/supply closets are kept clean, neat, and stocked according to departmental guidelines.
• Report maintenance deficiencies in guest rooms and corridors via work orders, and expedite special guest requests as needed.
• Assist room attendants and housepersons in securing supplies and tools necessary for their jobs, and respond to guest questions and provide assistance as requested.

• Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand, and walk continuously, climb stairs, and push or pull heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to complete forms and meet guest needs.
• Ability to provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance to subordinates, and exercise judgement and implement control over the performance of team members.
