About the Role

Signet Health, a leading national behavioral health management company, is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team at Indiana Regional Medical Center's psychiatric department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on providing exceptional care to patients.

As a PMHNP, you will be responsible for orienting on all three inpatient units, focusing on the psychiatric aspect of care. You will ensure that the needs of patients are consistently met and maintained, based on individual plans of behavioral health care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough health assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Participating in daily rounds and management on psychiatric inpatient units
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of admission orders, AMA discharges, and PRN orders
  • Intake assessments and approvals for admission or referral
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Current and unencumbered license to practice in PA
  • Experience working in a hospital-based behavioral health unit
  • DEA licensure to write prescriptions
