Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St. Catherine Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the care of critically ill newborns and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal health and well-being of patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote self-care and independence.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • One year experience in pediatric or neonatal nursing preferred.
  • Current RN license required; current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
