Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Permanent Attorney with a focus on Intellectual Property (IP) law. The successful candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field. Key responsibilities will include offering legal counsel on IP matters, drafting and negotiating legal documents, representing clients in IP disputes, and formulating effective IP strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the realm of IP law.
  • Proficient in handling patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
  • Demonstrated success in IP litigation.
  • Strong skills in legal research and writing.
  • Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team-oriented mindset.
