Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, providing emotional support and addressing any concerns.
Requirements
  • BLS certification, with NCCT and NBSTSA certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical technology, with a strong background in orthopedic and neuro trauma procedures.
  • Ability to work 3x12 days, with guaranteed hours of 60 per 2 weeks.
  • Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including weekends, and adapt to changing facility needs.
