As part of our continued growth, we seek skilled and compassionate physicians to join our team in Orange County.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams. If you share our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and value a dynamic work environment, this opportunity is for you.

Position Highlights:

  • Block Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off (182 shifts per year)
  • Schedule: One week of day shifts and one week of night shifts
  • ED consults; patient care in accordance with hospital medical staff by-laws and referring physician requests
  • Communicates with families, referring physicians, specialists, administration, and hospital departments
  • Work with hospitals and clinical staff, social services, utilization management, and other team members
  • Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to discuss patient progress, variances, and expected outcomes
  • Ensures accurate, complete, and timely documentation including medical records, billing/coding, and other requested documentation
