Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a highly skilled Classroom Support Specialist to join our team. As a Classroom Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom Support: Provide support and maintain classroom policies, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Tutoring and Instructional Support: Tutor individual students, reinforcing instruction as directed by the teacher, and provide additional support to students as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the teacher with distributing and collecting paper and supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Student Support: Provide emotional support, a friendly attitude, and general guidance to students, and assist in monitoring students as directed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Confer with teachers concerning programs and materials to meet student needs, and participate in meetings and in-service training programs as assigned.
